The CULTURE SIMULATOR is a free training tool which brings you key insights into foreign cultures and helps you improve your intercultural skills without having to go abroad.
It presents you with a number of realistic but puzzling intercultural workplace situations and challenges you to unravel them. The SIMULATOR provides the cases with clear explanations and further cultural background information. At the end of a session you receive a score of your interpretive performance. You can redo the SIMULATOR as often as you like and try to enhance your performance.
At the moment, Culture Simulators are available for France, Poland, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands and in six different languages.
